Online registration for health screening is now closed. If you can't make your appointment please call 250-490-4045. There are still a few appointments left in the afternoon available on a first come/first served basis. Drop by the health fair on Saturday to register.
Screening Date March 6th, 2010
We will pre-register 300 participants for this FREE screening.
Due to the popularity of the screening program please sign up online early as we won't likely be able to fit anyone in who is not pre-registered.
Each person will be taken through the stations of assessment:
blood pressure
height/weight measurement
eat right
stress management
cholesterol/glucose screening
smoking and lung health
goal setting
The screening is only available for people 19 years of age and older. You may be placed on a waiting list once the 300 participants have registered. There will also be some times available on the day of the Health Fair if registered participants fail to arrive, so feel free to drop in.
